Soru Ramen Sushi & Seafood

This place was so fun. Great and fast service. Wonderful portion sizes and loaded Miso soup eith crab and gargantuan tofu pieces! Loved everything about this place and it was clean and the staff were incredibly nice and did a great job attending to my needs when I needed a side of spicey mayo. Highly recommend! I am down on this side of town about once a week and for sure I'll be stopping by again. Can't wait to see what else is on the menu. I got the miso and Krazy samurai Sushi roll. Super great place! Love all the anime and fun things on the walls! Added to the fun atmosphere

Had the best experience. Another random google search that lead us to a phenomenal place with great art, and amazing food. An a bonus my infant daughter received a delicious ice cream popsicle from them. Amazing hospitality! Recommended to all my friends from out of town and definitely coming back the moment we are in the Vegas area!

This place is awesome! Me and my boyfriend came for our first date and absolutely love it. The vibe is super relaxing and very cool with the anime theme. I ordered the curry ramen and he got the lobster ramen . We shared a side of mussels and left stuffed. 10/10 recommend.

Soru Ramen on Sahara & Nellis is hands down one of our favorite spots in the area. Every time we come here, the experience is consistently amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful—you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this warm and personal, and it really makes a difference. The food is always on point, especially the teriyaki bowl. It’s honestly one of the best teriyaki bowls we’ve had—perfect balance of sweetness and flavor, great portions, and everything is cooked just right. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the kitchen takes their time to make sure everything comes out high quality. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go, they’re fast, organized, and super polite. We’ve never had a bad experience here, and that consistency is what keeps us coming back. If you’re in the Sahara & Nellis area and looking for a great ramen or Japanese-style spot with awesome service and delicious food, Soru Ramen is a must-try. I really liked the atmosphere (anime wall art), it makes the waiting go by fast. The unagi bowl was tasty and my wife liked her deluxe ramen. We don't often try new ramen spots by we really liked the spot.

I ordered via Uber eats which I have done many times. I have always been impressed. And I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for 3 years.

Food is amazing. I love spicy food but I warn you now to be weary of their "oh my god" level 4. Very reasonable prices and quick service. Fruit slushes were good too. During peak times I can see parking being an issue here as there are other restaurants in the same strip mall.
